  Mirvac Retail's online community market and meeting place - Neighbourhood Net.

  A way for Mirvac Retail to give back to the community, starting with Cherrybrook Village, Neighbourhood Net is a free to use service connecting the community by offering community groups noticeboards, buy and sell, and notification/congratulations functions.

  Tyrian Serviced Apartments

  Tyrian’s marketing and business objectives were designed to raise awareness of the brand and service, resulting in success through conversion of bookings. The luxurious, yet affordable, serviced apartments had to cater to two different target publics – both the travelling professional and the leisure sector. These discerning individuals choose Tyrian for it’s contemporary Fitzroy location – the unique lifestyle appeal that comes with an edgy location buzzing with culture, art, fashion, food and wine – only a moment from the Melbourne's central business district.

  Four divisions, 150 websites and almost 5,000 pages of content being managed by 200 people Australia-wide.

  The magnitude of this project sort of speaks for itself.

  It's been a long road but we're really happy with the Mirvac Group website. Good, solid design; meticulous attention to the smallest of details and some very clever technology make this a benchmark website.

  Ted Grambeau

  Doing justice to the images of one of the world's most coveted photographers was no small feat.

  Simple in execution, but far from simple in terms of technology, Ted's site content manages Flash® as well as dynamically plotting his travels around the globe. We had fun with this site, adding quirky little features and even a custom folio PDF generator.

  Golf Guide

  With handheld devices now useable online, SCT dips its toe in the water with an iPhone application available on the ApsStore.

  Golf Guide is a brief guide to the rules of golf and utilises page scrolling, pinch zooming and rotation. Lower your handicap?  Less arguments on the course? We'll have to wait and see!

  [yellow tail] Summer Sessions

  SCT created an 'on brand' and engaging mechanic that reflected the print-based point-of-sale and generated entries for [yellow tail]'s Summer Sample Sessions competition.

  We came up with a website that captured the nostalgic essence of the 'mixed tape' era and encouraged people to spread the word of the promotion.

  System integration

  Mirvac Hotels Booking Engine

  A case study in effectiveness.

  Mirvac changed property management systems to manage it's 48 Hotels, and in doing so needed to be able to reflect the live room and customer profile information on the website.

  It was also an opportunity to increase the percentage of people finding and booking a room though usability which reflects directly on bottom line revenues.
