Promoted across Mirvac Retail centres, the new Mobile Advantage Club 'digital loyalty card' provides instant access to exclusive in-store offers by utilising smart-phone technology.
Mirvac approached SCT to develop a campaign driving increased email registration to AdvantageClub — Mirvac Retail's customer loyalty programme. Our objective is to provide incentivised value to customers, drive traffic in-store and increase basket-weight.
Mobile AdvantageClub prompts shoppers to scan a QR code — linking them to an easy registration page on their phone — and instant sign-up. During sign-up users can tailor their interests, allowing them to be notified of relevant and current specials redeemable at participating stores.
Social media integration provides members in-app capability to share offers with friends straight to their Facebook pages or Twitter accounts.
Managed through BlocksGlobal®, Mobile Advantage Club allows both national and local management of mobile content.
Launched at Waverly Gardens in early September, roll-out will expand across more than 25 Mirvac Retail centres nation-wide.
