Ballrooms, boardrooms, break-out rooms and brekky rooms. Business attire or Black tie.
We were briefed to create a website that could cater to the contrasting needs of disparate venues; convention centres, boutique hotels and tropical resorts all needed a platform to promote their unique facilities.
The audience would include event planners, corporates and the girl next door.
Good search engine optimisation was essential, but once to the site, the experience of the venue needed to be conveyed.
Tactics:
- A non-corporate design to differentiate from the existing Mirvac Hotels website
- One template set with white or black variations - promoting either a glamour or business look.
- Emphasis on large images.
- Designated landing pages for search engine optimisation.
