While building the shared ownership brand we had to be mindful that Dransfield as a provider is already experienced and trusted, so for the launch of this sub brand we had to leverage these qualities and then reinforce the new product quality vs attainability.
The discusson in the early strategy led the brand mark to become a hexagon, which speaks about both fractional and spacial ownership. Strong aspirational copywriting and imagery provide a greater depth to the brand palette.
