OPRI

The foremost French Real Estate network Created in 1965, ORPI Agences N1 is now the foremost network of estate agencies in France with over 1000 sales outlets throughout the country.

Thanks to our 4200 collaborators, such an implantation and potential optimises transactions. The ORPI Agences N1 network averages 50000 sales per year, making it the undisputed leader in the market.

SCT worked with a New York Based software company delivering a web based management platform for the agents. This application had many modules of functionality for all aspect of business and property management, and required broad consulting on user behavior, well thought out screen real-estate and information hierarchy. The project was widly accepted and provided considerable effectiveness for ORPI and thier agents.

ESRI

ESRI offer map based GIS solutions to large companies and government. Their web based application is used effectively manage manage asset's with map data. 

SCT was engaged to re design and build the User Interface from scratch starting with usability studies with existing users. The result was a powerful and well designed tool that had immediate on user satisfaction and product effectiveness.

Tenix

SCT was employed by Tenix Investments to consult and design on the design and UI for Crossbow. The project involved all aspect of interface design including, information architecture, UI wireframing, iconography and navigation.

Agent UK

Agent UK is a realestate web portal provided as a SAAS solution for UK agents. The job involved all aspect of design and build with out UK based client.
